Nominations are officially open for the 2025 Florida Housing Coalition Awards — and this year, we’re honoring more voices, more visionaries, and more impact than ever before. With five exciting award categories—including two brand new additions—we’re inviting you to help us shine a spotlight on the changemakers shaping Florida’s housing future.

Nominations will remain open through July 15, 2025, and we encourage you to submit early, submit often, and share the form with others in your network who may know someone deserving.

What’s New This Year?

In addition to bringing back our beloved Housing Champion, Housing Innovator, and Storyteller Awards, we’re introducing two powerful new categories that reflect the evolving spirit of our work:

1. The Housing Connector Award honors individuals or organizations that have gone above and beyond to build bridges across sectors, organizations, and communities—creating powerful partnerships that lead to real, sustainable impact.
2. The Resonance Award, inspired by our 2025 conference theme Back to the Vision, celebrates those whose work powerfully embodies the message of the moment. These are the voices and leaders who help us remember why we do what we do—and what’s still possible when we stay grounded in purpose.

• Housing Innovator Award: For the bold thinkers breaking new ground through creative, data-driven, or tech-forward approaches.
