Communities throughout Florida are experiencing a critical shortage of housing affordable to members of our workforce, as well as vulnerable populations such as seniors, persons with disabilities and families with extremely low household incomes. Developing housing that is affordable is often complex, requiring partnerships and collaborations of multiple entities, and investments of both time and capital.
