The training will offer updates about forbearance policies and guidance about SHIP for foreclosure counseling. Learn about next steps involved with processing applications, like using self-certification and applicant-provided documents to confirm income eligibility. The training covers documentation to collect and the process for paying the mortgage company and utility company. Participants will hear from SHIP communities that have started payments.
