Wis Benoit works with the Florida Housing Coalition as Research Associate and Technical Advisor providing technical assistance to local governments and housing providers. In this role he uses research and analysis skills in the formation of land use zoning policy recommendation and general statistical assessment as it relates to housing affordability and equity issues. Additionally, Benoit works at the cross-section of several teams providing research on state and federal programs.
