Robert Von is the President of Meridian Appraisal Group, Inc. Von specializes in multifamily projects, mixed-use developments, and subdivisions. Von has completed over 800 market studies and appraisals on proposed and existing affordable multifamily projects throughout the state of Florida. Von has 30 years of experience and has appraised over $1 Billion of multifamily projects for clients that include major financial institutions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD. He received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from California State University at Northridge. He is a member of the Board of the Florida Housing Coalition.
