Laura Bayona is an Area Manager for Special Consumer Services at Florida Power & Light (FPL), bringing over 14 years of experience in energy conservation, account management, customer experience, and customer advocacy. In her current role, Laura manages relationships with hundreds of organizations that support customers in need, advocating for the most vulnerable members of the community, and overseeing FPL’s Care To Share Program.

Laura serves as an Executive Board Member of the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC), a Trustee on the Florida Council on Aging (FCOA) Board, a Board Member of the Florida Housing Coalition, and as an Advisory Council Member for the Southwest Florida Area Agency on Aging.
