Debra Koehler is the President of Sage Partners, LLC, a multi-family residential real estate development company based in Tampa, Florida she founded in October 2007. Sage’s primary mission is to offer innovative approaches to the development of workforce and affordable housing capitalizing on the broad experience of its principals in these arenas. Koehler received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech, is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is  and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. Koehler is a Board Member of the Housing Finance Authority of Hillsborough County and was recently appointed by Mayor Bob Buckhorn to serve on the City of Tampa Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. She recently served as Chair of the Board of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), Board Member of the Real Estate Investment Counsel (REIC) and former Chairman of the Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers (CAHP). She was also appointed by Mayor Bob Buckhorn to serve on the City of Tampa Economic Competitiveness Committee.
