We will explore financial management industry standards and tools you can use to ensure your financial house is in order.  Presenters will discuss budgeting, monthly reporting for the Board of Directors, and the importance of internal controls and financial oversight, as well as developing solid financial policies to ensure accountability. We will review how to generate useful financial reports and how to interpret those reports. The importance of tracking income and expenditures by funding source, grant, or contract will be discussed as a component of grant management, compliance, and reporting.
