Our Comprehensive Services:

1. Housing Navigation and Support: Provide housing navigation services to help individuals with developmental disabilities find safe, affordable, and accessible housing options that meet their unique needs and preferences. Offer ongoing support to help them maintain their housing stability and independence.
2. Person-Centered Planning: Facilitate person-centered planning processes that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to identify their goals, preferences, and support needs, and develop individualized plans that promote their autonomy, choice, and self-determination.
3. Access to Supportive Services: Connect individuals with developmental disabilities to a range of supportive services and resources, including healthcare, mental health services, vocational training, and community-based supports, to help them address their diverse needs and achieve their goals.
4. Advocacy and Systems Change: Advocate for policies and practices that promote the rights and inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities, and work to dismantle barriers to housing, employment, education, and community participation.
