This webinar will also discuss appraisals for multifamily rental housing, the appraisal’s importance in credit underwriting, and how grant funding should be considered when analyzing the appraisal. Nonprofits, lenders, and local governments can join and learn about the role appraisals play in your SHIP purchase assistance and development strategies.
