With an increase in SHIP allocations for the 2021 SHIP fiscal year, local governments can consider a combination of diverse strategies to address all the housing needs in their communities. This webinar will discuss not-so-common strategies that can be used to serve both renters and owners. Local governments will be encouraged to review local data to better identify the need in their community when it comes to selecting and designing strategies to ensure a comprehensive approach to addressing affordable housing needs.
