The Catalyst program is administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
This webinar focuses on the upfront work needed to ensure that SHIP funds are expended in a manner that fully complies with SHIP rules. The training details all that is involved with collecting the data needed to create annual reports. The presenters will discuss a timeline to help you keep up with the expenditure and encumbrance deadlines. Participants will learn the details of complying with the income, homeownership, construction, special needs, and manufactured home set-aside requirements. Additional topics include guidance on reporting incentive strategies, tracking foreclosures and defaults, completing the certification form, and next steps if you are noncompliant.
