This webinar examines the important role of sub recipients in successful SHIP program administration. Learn what types of organizations may serve as sub recipients as well as what types of services they can provide. Presentations from SHIP administrators and their partner organizations will discuss how they effectively administer SHIP-funded activities. The session will cover LHAP selection criteria, recommended Request for Proposal language, procurement considerations, written agreements, service delivery fees, monitoring responsibilities, and communication practices. This training is ideal for local governments considering outsourcing SHIP activities or strengthening existing sub recipient partnerships.
