The Catalyst program is administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
This training will focus on a six-step planning process and will feature new information from the recently updated “Creating a Local Disaster Housing Strategy” publication. The webinar will provide guidance on coordinating across local government departments, working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), using data for planning and outreach, and improving collaboration with long-term recovery groups. Webinar will include speakers from the Florida Department of Emergency Management to introduce the State’s upcoming Disaster Housing Recovery Planning initiative scheduled for 2027.
