Part 1 of this webinar will provide all CRF staff with guidance about the new policy removing the income restriction for rental assistance. Learn how to save time processing applications to expedite assistance. Presenters will also discuss closeout topics in preparation for the end of the program on December 30.
Part 2 of the webinar will support landlord involvement in the CRF application process. Applicants must still provide information and sign forms, but the landlord may be actively involved. In coordination with the Florida Apartment Association, we are inviting landlords to this CRF orientation—we encourage you to do the same. Staff offering only mortgage assistance may choose to log off for this final part of the webinar, but CRF rental assistance staff should participate to learn how to integrate landlords into the current application process.
