Tammy Paycer the Senior Vice President Regional Community Development Manager for Truist Financial Corporation. She is responsible for implementation and execution of CRA strategies and Community Development Engagement activities across the Central Florida and North Florida Regions.

Ms. Paycer began her banking career in 1994 and joined SunTrust in 1998. She has been in her current role since January 2015. Prior to assuming her current responsibilities, Ms. Paycer served as SunTrust’s Sales and Marketing Manager for the Central Florida Region. In this role, she provided sales and service consultation and performance analysis to the Division President and Line of Business Managers. In addition, she was responsible for marketing and campaign management, client and teammate event management, and public relations

Passionate about having an impact on the community Ms. Paycer serves on the Board of Directors for the Heart of Florida United Way, the Florida Housing Coalition Advisory Council, and the Black Business Investment Fund Community Development Committee. She was previously on the Board of Directors for WMFE Channel24/TV & 90.7 Radio from
2003-2006. Ms. Paycer was a member of the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Club from 2007-2009 and a member of the Board of Directors for the Kids House of Seminole
