This is the first part of a two-webinar series for multifamily property managers. Presenters will offer guidance to ensure that marketing, tenant screening, and property management policies and procedures comply with fair housing requirements. Participants will consider plans and actions that take meaningful steps to promoting fair housing choice and fostering inclusive communities. Topics to include: • Marketing and tenant selection practices related to fair housing, as well as Florida Housing requirements and Tenant Selection Plans. • Reasonable accommodations and modifications related to tenant selection and physical and other types of accessibility for persons with disabilities. • Practical guidance related to policies, processes, and information gathering related to disabilities.
