Case management has many roles and definitions throughout social service organizations. In this series, we look at the role of case management when working with households experiencing homelessness. The final webinar in the series, webinar 7 will look at the vital role self-care plays for any human service worker. Burnout and compassion fatigue are all too common within social service organizations. Participants will be given an opportunity to assess their own self-care practices to avoid burnout.
