Learn more about different approaches to home building – manufactured homes, modular homes, 3-D printed homes. We will talk about land use policy and regulations to allow and facilitate these homes at affordable price points, including implications of House Bill 399 signed into law in 2026 related to off-site constructed homes. We will also hear lessons learned on implementation, featuring local governments and home providers in communities where these homes are considered and constructed.
