The Catalyst program is administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
This webinar will focus on reviewing state and federal funding sources that can be used to increase access to homeownership, including FHFC programs, CDBG, and HOME. Participants will learn how these state and federal funds can be leveraged for maximum impact. Presenters will also discuss tools and strategies that can incentivize the creation of affordable housing to increase availability of units for homeownership. Presenters will provide examples of strategies currently being implemented using the funding sources discussed in this webinar.
