The Catalyst program is administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
This training will support rural communities as they plan for possible additional housing funding. Presenters will discuss budget and LHAP considerations, improving outreach, re-evaluating and expediting current strategies, and options for online project management software. Participants will consider staffing options, administrative efficiencies, and contracting out various services. They will review options for new strategies like Rental Housing Assistance or Development, Replacement Housing, or Homeownership of New Construction.
