Communications & Marketing Coordinator
MEGHAN SHINER serves as the Communications & Marketing Coordinator for the Florida Housing Coalition, where she leads all aspects of the organization’s branding, digital strategy, and communications outreach. As the Coalition’s sole marketing professional, Meghan manages everything from content development and graphic design to social media strategy and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all platforms. Her work plays a vital role in amplifying the Coalition’s impact and engaging stakeholders throughout Florida.
With over nine years of experience in association and nonprofit communications, Meghan brings a deep skill set in strategic marketing, program development, and visual storytelling. Prior to joining the Coalition, she held key roles with the Florida Engineering Society, the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and multiple association management firms, where she consistently delivered high-impact marketing strategies and member engagement initiatives. Passionate about using communications as a force for good, Meghan combines creativity with purpose to support affordable housing solutions statewide.
