This webinar is designed to offer a primer for new members to orient them to AHAC responsibilities. Presenters will discuss the benefits of housing incentives and review five incentive strategies listed in the SHIP statute: expedited permitting, fee waivers for affordable housing, reduction of parking and setback requirements, flexibility in density, and flexible lot configurations. Learn about the timeline and activities involved with creating an AHAC report on incentive strategies.
