This webinar covers three critical areas of capacity building for nonprofit organizations. It provides an overview with best practices on nonprofit strategic planning, nonprofit financial responsibilities, and whether you should seek designation as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). This designation opens the door for eligibility for the HOME program CHDO set-aside. This webinar will provide a broad overview of each critical area to help nonprofit staff and board consider the necessary skillsets to be successful in single or multi-family housing development and operation.
