This is the first a two part webinar series beneficial for board members who are less likely to travel to workshops. Nonprofit board member determine their organizations’ mission, and to guide them in achieving it effectively and efficiently. Each board member must manage a wide variety of critical issues related to mission, fiduciary responsibilities, staffing, business development, and more. This training will provide board members with knowledge and tools to improve their ability to lead their nonprofits and ensure their continued strength.
