The Florida Housing Coalition is a statewide 501(c)(3) organization providing affordable housing training and technical assistance since 1982. We have offices throughout the state, with our headquarters in Tallahassee. Our team of professionals is comprised of Florida’s foremost experts in affordable housing on staff and on our 25-member board, with unparalleled breadth and depth of experience with nonprofit operating best practices, real estate, land use, finance, and development of affordable housing in Florida.

Any materials provided by the Florida Housing Coalition, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and documents, may be used minimally as reference materials or in presentations, provided that they are not altered or modified in any way and are accompanied by proper attribution to the Florida Housing Coalition.
