RACIAL DISPARITIES IN HOUSING COST-BURDEN: Households of color are more likely to pay greater than 30% of their income on housing. In 2019 (the last year for which this data was available), 44% of Blacks and 43% of Hispanics were housing cost-burdened, compared to 26% of whites.
