
Esther Marshall Community & Economic Development Manager, Fifth Third Bank
Esther Marshall is vice president and community and economic development manager at Fifth Third Bank. Esther cultivates community development strategies, manages community partnerships and provides financial services and products to help build sustainable communities. She also manages the market’s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act by leading programs that support economic development, small business lending, affordable housing and home ownership. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Esther received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Davenport University and her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Michigan. Esther serves as a member of the Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Advisory Board, the Florida SBDC’s Emergency Disaster Bridge Loan Committee and is an advisory council member at the Women’s Business Centre at The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women. She is also a member of USF’s Women in Leadership & Philanthropy and the American Society for Public Administration.
