Our professional staff has experience in all aspects of administering local government housing and community development programs, from preparing Consolidated Plans (Con Plans) and Analyses of Impediments (AIs) to compliance with national objectives and cross-cutting requirements.
As a mission-based nonprofit provider of training and technical assistance, we are uniquely positioned to assist the City of Miami Gardens with meeting the letter and spirit of HUD’s requirements for Con Plans and AIs. We have a proven ability to help local governments exceed HUD’s requirements for citizen participation and stakeholder consultation, while developing goals, priorities, and recommendations that are supported both by data and public feedback.
