Marilyn Drayton is Senior Vice President and Community Development Manager for Wells Fargo. She has responsibility for the Florida Region, including over 650 store locations and 4 regional markets. In her role, she manages the company’s community development strategic initiatives, programmatic activities and market reputation risk. She works closely with line of business executives and market leaders influencing positive outcomes and solutions that impact affordable housing, neighborhood stabilization/revitalization, community lending and investments, relationship management with key community stakeholders and issues impacting the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Drayton served as the South Region Group Manager for Community Development at TD Bank with responsibilities for the Carolinas and Florida Regions. She also served as a Director and Vice President of TD Community Development Corporation and managed the bank’s NMTC Advisory Board. She is active in her community and serves as a member of various industry boards and advisory committees including the Black Business Investment Fund, Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation, Florida Community Loan Fund, Florida Housing Coalition, and the Florida Alliance of Community Development Corporations.
