WEBINAR: Nonprofit Symposium (Conference Reschedule)

Join us on December 8th as we present the Nonprofit Symposium!
This webinar, rescheduled from the 2023 Affordable Housing Conference, will explore nonprofit capacity building through FHFC’s Predevelopment Loan Program (PLP) and discuss current trends in development with leading nonprofit developers. The symposium highlights important aspects of the development process, expanding the capacity of nonprofit developers, and increasing the number of affordable housing units across Florida. Panelists will share their experiences as PLP participants. This session will also discuss missing middle development, which requires adapting skills and knowledge of land use, zoning, design, legal, financing structures, and HOA requirements associated with attached dwellings to help increase the housing stock while creating more housing choice in walkable, urbanized communities near key community elements.
This event is FREE, open to all participants regardless if you registered for the conference or not.
