Income Qualification Rule Changes in 2024

HUD is changing some of its income calculation rules as of January 1, 2024. Join us for an overview of how this impacts your work. Most Florida communities with SHIP, HOME, CDBG and other funds use the income rules in the HUD Handbook 4350.3 Chapters 3 and 5. The Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) has updated these income qualification rules. The training presenters will explain the changes, provide examples, and answer questions.
