DESCRIPTION:Session Description:\nAre you prepared to submit your SHIP Annual Report on or before September 15th? Every community must submit a report—even if expenditures or encumbrances are delayed.  This training will help with reporting 23/24 and 24/25 SHIP funds in a manner that fully complies with SHIP rules.  Presenters will provide guidance on how to complete each tab of the report along with instructions on how to obtain data needed for the certification\, questions on foreclosure default\, success stories and more. Learn about updates to the annual report system.  Additional topics include guidance on reporting incentive strategies\, completing the certification form\, and next steps if you are noncompliant.

Experts from Smart Home America\, National Foundation for Debt Management\, and ClearPath Community Consultants will provide strategies for updating construction management programs\, assessing alignment to IBHS FORTIFIED\, improving coordination across teams\, and effectively communicating benefits to homeowners. In this special webinar with breakout sessions\, participants will gain step-by-step overview\, from pre-inspection and construction scope development to post-installation documentation and communications to ensure credits are applied to policies.  The session will provide new tools and workflows to assist program managers with ensuring positive outcomes and documenting savings.  New assistance will also be offered to interested SHIP programs.
