The panelists will share their experiences as PLP participants.  \nThis training session will also provide information about missing middle development\, as this classification of housing requires adapting skills and knowledge of land use\, zoning\, design\, legal\, financing structures\, HOA requirements\, and other unique attributes associated with attached dwellings to help increase the housing stock while creating more housing choice in walkable\, urbanized communities near key community elements.

Join us for an overview of how this impacts your work.  Most Florida communities with SHIP\, HOME\, CDBG and other funds use the income rules in the HUD Handbook 4350.3 Chapters 3 and 5.  The Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) has updated these income qualification rules.
