SUMMARY:WEBINAR- The Credit Underwriting Process for Affordable Housing
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nUnderwriting takes place after a funding award has been approved. The invitation to credit underwriting is a vital first step to prepare for–long before applying for financing. Participants will receive step by step instruction about third-party analyses and the documentation that will be required throughout the underwriting process. The training will include information from FHFC Credit Underwriting service providers and will address timeframes and sequencing. This training is provided for newly formed and experienced nonprofit housing developers and local government housing staff who are responsible for inhouse underwriting of SHIP\, HOME or other publicly available assistance.

SUMMARY:WEBINAR- Inclusionary Zoning & HB 7103- Part 2
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nInclusionary Zoning (IZ) is a local land use planning tool that requires a housing developer under certain circumstances to include a percentage of affordable housing units within a market-rate development.
