Palm Avenue Tampa\, FL 33605 \nThis workshop is designed to introduce the underwriting process that takes place after a funding award has been approved.  The invitation to credit underwriting is a vital first step to prepare for before applying for financing.  It is a complex and critical part of financial agreements that will govern the short- and long-term process of the development’s feasibility.  The presenters will help de-mystify the underwriting process and provide guidance that begins in the predevelopment phase and continues throughout the closing process.  Participants will receive step by step instruction about third-party analyses and the documentation that will be required throughout the underwriting process. DESCRIPTION:This is the first training in a two-part series designed to provide guidance on the fundamental rules of the SHIP program\, as well as assist SHIP administrators with five years or less of SHIP experience with the implementation of their programs.
