DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nThis webinar will help nonprofit developers\, housing program administrators\, and their community partners to understand the development process\, as well as the costs and financing needed to make affordable housing production happen. Learn about a variety of development funding sources including SAIL. Presenters will address land use\, impact fees\, permitting\, platting and more. Presenters will discuss creating a pro-forma.  The training addresses the steps from initial closing to ongoing compliance.  Participants will gain an understanding of how amounts and timing of subsidies directly influence the incomes of the families being served. Key topics include financing\, site selection\, infrastructure\, and title issues.

Program completion also means preparing for the CRF Monitor\, so the training will identify what to look for when completing a final file review of assisted households. The presenters will also provide guidance to help as you provide your final CRF assistance\, including an update on hardship scenarios and details about making payments in January for March to December assistance. Learn about the latest communities that have identified COVID assistance funded by charitable donations\, general revenue and other sources that are being reimbursed by CRF. The presenters will also look ahead to 2021 to consider what COVID housing assistance might be available in future stimulus legislation.
