Learn about new plan requirements and hear details about the latest plans that Florida Housing’s review committee has accepted or sent back for revisions. \nThe presenters will look beyond a list of rules and regulations to help participants understand the basis and reasoning for program requirements. This deeper knowledge will help participants as they consider how to update their process or strategies. Topics will include preparing the AHAC Report and tuning up your housing strategies in a changing market. The presenters will advise participants how to write a SHIP Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) that is clear\, concise and complies with all requirements.
