SUMMARY:WEBINAR- SHIP Rent Limits Policy
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nUsing SHIP for rental housing has always come with several rules and requirements. Some have recently changed. SHIP rent subsidies may pay for limited monthly rent of a very low-income homeless household. The webinar will also review the rules when SHIP is expended for rental new construction or rehabilitation.
