Monclaude Nestor is a Vice President and Market Manager in PNC Bank’s Community Development Banking group where he leads community development lending, investment and philanthropic efforts throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Nestor has over a decade of banking experience and has held the role of Vice President and Relationship Manager within PNC’s Community Development Banking group where he specialized in providing financial solutions and strategies to improve low-to-moderate income neighborhoods and the quality of life for low-to-moderate income people. Prior to that he was a Commercial Credit Analyst with T.D. Bank where he focused on underwriting commercial loan requests to customers in various industries including contractors, importers/exporters and real estate investors. Mr. Nestor serves on the boards of the Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County, Urban League of Palm Beach County, Neighborhood Renaissance and the CDFI Taskforce Board of Habitat for Humanity of Broward.
He is a graduate of Florida International University where he earned a Master of Science in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing.
