Does Florida have an effective system and coordination framework in place to include all stakeholders such as our major utility companies, local jurisdictions, and the state in addressing affordable green housing via incentives, regulations, policies, programs and guidelines, especially in terms of energy conservation and efficiency? Are we further prepared to incorporate federal stimulus funding as effectively as possible in affordable energy efficient, green housing? This caucus will provide a forum to discuss these questions and more.
