Given the number of changes to both federal and state affordable housing programs over the last couple of years, many nonprofits want to know which programs can work for them and how can these programs be accessed. This session provides an overview of affordable housing programs that are being funded, including the Predevelopment Loan Program, the Universal Application Cycle and Homeownership initiatives such as the Hardest Hit Program administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC).
