1. NSP Program Design and Operations: Heading into year three of NSP are there program design changes that would be more effective in meeting program goals? For example, increasing or decreasing partnerships with subrecipients, developers and contractors, re-structuring financial mechanisms, moving from homeownership to rental, moving from scattered site single family to multifamily, etc.

2. Program Income and Financial Management: Understand basic program income rules plus develop a more structured strategy to generate and expend program income for sustainability and make dollars go further. Know what your financial management responsibilities are and resources to assist in compliance.

3. DRGR: Answers to single or multiple questions on setup, entries, generating reports, etc. Bring your questions.

4. Construction/Rehab Management and Green Technology: Check in with your specific questions about managing the rehab team from procurement to contract, budget management, inspections, and C.O. Bring your green technology and energy efficiency questions too for input and answers.

5. Multifamily Underwriting and Financing: Bring your rental deal- multifamily projects, lease purchase, scattered site rental models, underwriting, operating budgets, property management, using multiple sources of financing; construction and permanent financing and get some suggestions and solutions.

6. Section 3 and Vicinity Hiring: Requirements and best practices, going beyond minimal compliance, grantee and subrecipient roles and responsibilities, record keeping, etc.

7. Davis-Bacon: Understand when labor rules apply and how best to comply.

8. Acquisition and Disposition Strategies: Solving problems in the pipeline from identification to inspections, negotiation, disciplined target area focus, working with seller directly or using trust services, short sales, auctions; finding buyers, land banking

9. Meet with your HUD Representative: Schedule a meeting or drop in and talk to your HUD rep to discuss progress, reporting, staffing or other topics. A good chance to catch up.

10. Homeownership Finance and Leveraging: Bring your questions and challenges to making homeownership a success with NSP.

11. Contracts and Written Agreements with Subrecipients, Developers and Contractors: Get some help on managing and improving the contracts and agreements you are using. Note: This is not legal advice but a peer review and comment with best practice experience.

12. Program Design - Making Changes to Your Plan, 25% Setaside: If you think its time for a change to your program strategies or activities, bring your questions for a review and pointers on timing, content and steps to take.
